Relax in a premium lounger, enjoy a full-body massage in a deep seat, or hang out in a shallow seat to avoid getting your hair wet. With varying seat types and depths, your whole family can enjoy the spa together.
Just place your favorite JetPak massage in your favorite seat and start relaxing.
Adjust the massage power to the way you like it
How powerful do you prefer your massage?
You may not have the same hydromassage intensity preferences as your neighbor, and your preferences may change daily based on your activities.
Turn the intensity up after a tough exercise or a stressful day of work, or choose a gentle pressure when relaxing with friends or family.
To customize the massage intensity for that “just right” feeling, simply turn the therapy dial up or down.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are JetPaks available to purchase individually?
You can purchase additional JetPaks from your local dealer. They can order you the correct color and shape JetPak for your spa.
How do I clean the JetPaks?
For optimum spa care, each time the spa water is changed, remove all JetPaks. Clean the back manifold area on with a spa surface cleaner and a long, soft bristle brush. For cleaning the JetPak acrylic surface, use a mild dishwashing soap, window cleaner, or other products recommended by your local authorized Bullfrog Spas Dealer. For stubborn stains, use a mild acrylic cleaner or a mild detergent. To apply these cleaners, use a soft, damp cloth or sponge. Rinse well and dry with a clean cloth.
Special Care For R Series Injection Molded JetPaks
High levels of sanitizer and normal use over time can have a bleaching effect on the injection molded (dark gray) Jetpaks. These can be cleaned / buffed to look like new again with the aid of automotive polishing compound found at any automotive retailer. Simply use a soft towel to rub this compound onto the plastic. Then buff with a dry towel.
How do I interchange the JetPaks?
Step 1: Put the spa in “Standby.” This will prevent the pump(s) from activating.
Step 2: For M Series spas the Snap-Cap remains attached to the spa. From the outside of the spa use both hands to pull upward on the front of the Snap-Cap to release. Rotate and slide back towards you to access the JetPak. For A Series, R Series, and STIL spas remove the head rest and Snap-Cap entirely by lifting upwards.
Step 3: While applying pressure downward on the manifold push the manifold toward the inside of the spa to release the manifold from the wall clip assembly, then lift the jet plate straight up to remove.
Caution! While performing steps 3 and 4, you must use the black manifold area as the point of contact. Pressure applied to the front face (acrylic plate) may cause damage to the JetPak and void the warranty.
Step 4: Exchange JetPak.
Step 5: Lower the manifold of the new JetPak carefully as to align the lower valve assembly and gasket into the bulkhead fitting. Apply pressure downward as you move the JetPak manifold until the manifold is secured in the wall clip assembly.
Step 6: Replace the Snap-Cap and head rest over the JetPak and press down firmly to snap into place. For M Series snap caps press down on the front part of the Snap-Cap to place and then press firmly on the rear portion of the Snap-Cap to reengage the snap feature and secure in place.
How do I know which JetPaks to select?
1. Many dealers have test spas on premise where you can try the different JetPak massages to get a feel for which ones you like best. Contact your dealer to see if that option is available to you.
2. Use the images and videos on our JetPak Selection Page to understand which area of the back, neck, or shoulders the JetPak massage jets are targeting. Select the JetPaks that target areas of your body that frequently need pain relief, or select a JetPak with a variety of jet types for ultimate relaxation.
3. Use our online Design Studio tool. First, select your spa model and colors, You’ll then have the option of selecting and placing JetPaks. You can select the “Let Us Suggest JetPaks” button and we will place the recommended JetPaks for that spa model into the spa. These recommended JetPaks have been carefully selected to provide a variety of jet types and intensities.
How do I change the massage intensity on a JetPak?
To adjust the water flow to JetPak jets turn the valve located in the lower portion of each JetPak.
-To increase jet water pressure, turn the valve handle counter clockwise.
-To decrease jet water pressure, turn the valve handle clockwise.
NOTE: To allow for proper circulation, the valve located in M Series, A Series, R Series & STIL JetPaks is designed to adjust jet pressure, but will not completely stop jet flow.
